ORGANISATIONAL REVIEW OF THE SALVATION ARMY’S EMPLOYMENT PLUS
This consultancy involved a strategic and organisational review of the largest Job Networkprovider in Australia operating from 93 locations in Australia.
By 2002 the Job Network had grown at such a rate that the structure, processes and management practices did not match the work demands. The review required consultation in all states and territories, a review of national office governance and organisational structures and reviews of operational procedures.
The report provided a blueprint for TSAEP to continue its growth and development with the appropriate structure and business processes.
