Dr Hugh Watson is a highly experienced executive coach. He has been an executive coach to over 250 senior executives and CEOs in the public and private sectors. As an executive coach he has particular expertise in assisting executives to review their career goals and if necessary re-focus them. With CEO and senior executive experience he also is able to provide guidance on managing the politics in an organisation and how to improve personal presence.
Hugh Watson was the Australian partner on the Coopers & Lybrand International Change Management Task Force that developed the firm’s approach to managing major change. As a member of the executive at SOCOG he had the opportunity to experience the overwhelming complexity of planning for the biggest event in the world – the Olympic Games.
